Who we are

This website is operated by FlowDesk Technologies India Private Limited (CIN U63112TZ2026PTC039531), registered office 524, Sree Daksha’s Aroush, Singai Nagar, Off Vellalore Main Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641005, India (“FlowDesk”, “we”). AlgoTrades is a FlowDesk product. This policy covers this pre-launch website only; the AlgoTrades platform will have its own terms and privacy policy.

What we collect

• Analytics, only with your consent. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search engine or a link), your approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. If you click “Reject” or make no choice, no Google script runs and no analytics cookies are set.
• Server logs. Our web server and our network provider, Cloudflare, keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, time, user-agent) to run and protect the site.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message to reply to you.

This website has no forms and no accounts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Cookies

• at_consent — remembers your cookie choice for 180 days. Strictly necessary.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, set only after you accept; they expire after up to 2 years.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Rejecting after accepting removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on our own server in India (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region). Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under its terms, and may be processed outside India. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data: 14 months. Our server logs: up to 30 days; Cloudflare keeps its own logs under its privacy policy. Emails: as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no more than 24 months.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
